Is the free Steam hour boost really free?+
Yes. The free plan is 100 session hours every 30 days for one game on one Steam account, and it costs nothing. You need a free account, no card and no payment details. When the 30 days end you can claim it again. One free plan runs per account and per Steam account at a time, and free spots are limited per continent: when they are full, the page says so.
Where does the free plan sign in from?+
From one of two servers: Europe (Helsinki) or North America (Chicago). You pick the continent before connecting, and Steam names that location in the login mail it sends you. Choosing your exact country is what Pro and Elite add.
What does the free plan not include?+
Your own country, a session schedule, invisible mode, and the pass benefits on your other orders: queue priority and pause. Sessions run while you keep them started, up to the free hours. Everything else — the QR sign-in, the panel, the session log — is the same as on a pass.
When does my pass start?+
The moment your payment is confirmed. Queue priority, pause on any order, the weekly report and your session window are live straight away, and the period you bought runs from that point. Session hours are waiting whenever you connect — connecting later does not extend the period.
Can I buy more than a month at once?+
Yes. Pro and Elite come for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, paid once, and the longer the pass, the less a month costs: 12 months of Pro is 24.99 € against 35.88 € paid month by month. The hour limit resets every 30 days, so a longer pass gives the same hours each month, not one pool for the whole period. Nothing renews by itself.
What is Pro for life?+
Pro with no end date, paid once: one Steam account, the country you pick, 360 session hours every 30 days. It costs 29.99 € until 31 October and 59.99 € after that. If a change on Steam's side makes the service impossible within the first 12 months, you get back the unused part of those 12 months in proportion.
Which country does my session sign in from?+
On Pro and Elite, the one you pick. Pro and Elite choose the exact country in the panel when the account is connected, from the list of servers we actually run, currently 13 countries across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Steam names the location in the login mail it sends you, so you can check the choice yourself on the first session.
How do I connect my Steam account?+
With a QR code, never a password. After payment the panel shows a code; open the Steam mobile app, scan it and approve, and the account is connected. On Pro and Elite you pick the country first, because connecting is itself the first sign-in and Steam will name that location in its login mail. You can revoke access from the panel at any moment, and it ends the same second.
Is the launch price for good?+
No, and it ends on the date shown. Until 31 October Pro costs 2.99 € and Elite 4.99 € for 30 days; after that they go back to 4.99 € and 9.99 €. Those regular prices are also the lowest we charged in the 30 days before the offer. The 3, 6 and 12 month passes and Pro for life have launch prices until the same date; each card shows the price that follows. A pass bought before then keeps the price you paid for its whole length.
Do unused hours carry over?+
No. Hours belong to the 30 day window they were given for; on a longer pass the limit starts again every 30 days. You can start a new pass whenever you want.
Can I run two games at once?+
No, and that is deliberate. One pass runs one title at a time on one account. Switch the title whenever you like, the switch applies at the next session start.
What happens if I open Steam myself?+
Your own login takes priority. The session stops and hours stop counting until you close Steam again. The remaining hours stay on the pass.
Why do the passes cost more than other hour boost services?+
Because we sell less per slot. One title per account instead of 32, a low number of accounts on each address instead of thousands behind a handful, and, on Pro and Elite, sessions only inside the window you choose instead of 24 hours a day. All three cost us money, and all three are the reason your account keeps reading like one person's account. If you only need hours, the free plan is there for that.
Does the pass do anything for my other orders?+
Yes, on all of them: commendations, comments, group members, workshop, likes, skin votes, wishlists and review votes. With Pro or Elite those orders ride the same priority queue as your sessions, so they start ahead of standard ones. The price is the same price everybody pays.
Can I pause an order?+
Any order, on any pass, at any time. Going away for a week? Pause it, and resume whenever you like while your pass runs. Whatever already arrived stays and the rest is still owed to you. Pause acts on the whole order, so if you bought several services in one basket they stop together and start together.
How do I cancel?+
There is nothing to cancel. A pass covers the period you bought and stops on its own. No auto renewal, no stored card charge.
What about refunds?+
A pass refunded on the day it was bought, with nothing delivered under it, is refunded in full. After that the refund covers the unused part of the period you bought. Pro for life is counted against 12 months.
I have two Steam accounts. Do I need two passes?+
Depends on the tier. Pro runs one account at a time; Elite runs up to 3 at once, so one Elite covers both. What you can do freely on every tier is move the pass between your own accounts: disconnect one, connect the other, as often as you like while the pass runs. There is no limit on that and no cost to it.
Is there any risk to my account?+
Use may be subject to Steam rules and account restrictions. We never ask for your password, you see every active session, and you can stop and remove one in a single click.
