Do I pay less for services with a pass?+
No. Every order costs the same whether you hold a pass or not. What a pass changes is when your order is picked up, whether you can pause it, and how many session hours you have. We would rather sell you a queue place that is real than a discount that quietly comes out of the delivery.
Which of my orders does the pass apply to?+
All of them, on one Steam account: commendations, comments, group members, workshop, likes and favorites, skin votes, review votes, wishlists and sessions. Pause works on any of them. Queue priority comes with Pro and Elite.
Can I choose what time of day my sessions run?+
With Pro and Elite, yes β you set the window and nothing runs outside it, so an account that plays between one and ten in the morning looks like an account that plays between one and ten in the morning. On Player the sessions run whenever the queue reaches them.
What exactly does pausing do?+
It holds the order where it is. Nothing already delivered is lost, nothing is cancelled, and the rest stays owed to you. Pause acts on the whole order, so if you bought several services in one basket, all of them stop together and start together.
When does the pass start?+
The moment your payment is confirmed β the 30 days run from there. Everything the pass changes about your orders is live straight away, so there is nothing to switch on and nothing to wait for. Session hours sit there until you connect; connecting later does not push the end date back.
Does it renew by itself?+
No. A pass covers 30 days and stops on its own. There is nothing to cancel and no card kept on file for a later charge.
I have two Steam accounts. Do I need two passes?+
Depends on the tier. Player and Pro run one account at a time; Elite runs up to 3 at once, so one Elite covers both. Moving a pass between your own accounts is free and unlimited on every tier: disconnect one, connect the other, as often as you like inside the 30 days.
What happens to my orders when the pass ends?+
They keep delivering. A finished pass takes away queue priority and the pause button for future days, it does not stop work you already paid for.
