Seven things change
the moment a pass is running.

They apply to every order on the account, whichever service it is. Session hours are part of the pass, not the point of it.

What the pass actually does

Seven things, and each one is a behaviour of your orders rather than a badge on your profile. Two are on every pass, the rest come with the higher ones.

PRO Β· ELITE

Your order goes first

Every order you place while the pass runs is picked up before standard ones β€” commendations, comments, group members, workshop, likes, votes and sessions alike. A busy weekend stops being the reason your delivery starts on Monday.

All three passes

Pause anything, resume when you want

Going away for a week, changing your profile visibility, or simply want delivery to stop for a few days β€” one button holds the order where it is and another picks it back up inside the 30 days. Whatever already arrived stays on the profile.

All three passes

Session hours come with it

One game at a time on one account. Player covers a top-up, Pro covers a month of evenings, Elite has no ceiling. Hours are part of the pass β€” they are not what the pass is for.

PRO Β· ELITE

Sessions run when you say

Set the hours your sessions may run β€” one in the morning to ten, or whatever matches how you actually play β€” and nothing runs outside them. It is the difference between an account that plays at human hours and one that is online around the clock.

PRO Β· ELITE

A login from your own country

Sessions sign in from a server in the country you choose, so the mail Steam sends you names your own region rather than a data centre on the other side of the world. That is the one part of this you can check yourself, in your own inbox.

ELITE

You see new apps first

Our apps go public free β€” the trainer included. Elite gets in while they are still being built: you play the closed beta, tell us what is wrong, and what you say changes what ships. Fewer testers than a public beta, which is the point β€” we can actually read all of it.

PRO Β· ELITE

Every order comes out bigger

Order a hundred, and 105 are delivered on Pro, 110 on Elite. It applies to every service with a quantity, at the same price everybody else pays β€” the extra units are added to the delivery, not taken off the bill. The bonus on one line tops out at €5 of list value on Pro and €12 on Elite, and both of those are more than the pass itself costs.

A pass is not a discount card. Every service costs exactly the same with one or without one β€” the bonus arrives as extra units in the delivery, never as money off the bill. What you are buying is a bigger delivery, a better place in the queue, the right to stop and restart it, and the hours.

Where your order sits

The queue is sorted before anything is claimed, so priority is not a promise about speed β€” it is a position. On a quiet day nobody notices it. On a Saturday night it is the difference between starting now and starting tomorrow.

A pass never breaks a delivery schedule. Orders you paced over several days still arrive on the days you chose β€” priority decides who goes first among the ones due right now.

Without a pass

You can use everything β€” the limits are just lower

A free account generates 5 comments a run and 15 a day, keeps 1 saved list with up to 100 lines in it, and orders every service at the same price a pass holder pays. Nothing on this page is locked behind a pass; the pass moves the ceilings.

What the bonus is worth

On a 30 € order

PlayerNo bonusThe pass buys hours and the pause button.
Pro+1.50 € of units5% of the line, up to 5 € on one.
Elite+3.00 € of units10% of the line, up to 12 € on one.

The extra units are added to the delivery, not taken off the bill, and the ceiling only bites on lines worth more than it β€” on a big single line the real figure is the cap, not the percentage.

What a pass does not do

It does not make services cheaper

Every order costs the same with a pass or without one. What a pass changes is when your order is picked up, whether you can pause it, and how much you get for the same price. We would rather sell a queue place that is real than a discount that quietly comes out of the delivery.

It does not give you an address of your own

Sessions sign in from a server in the country you choose, shared with the other customers in that country. That sharing is the design, not a shortfall β€” and the part you can verify yourself is the country, in the login mail Steam sends you.

It does not renew itself

A pass covers 30 days and stops on its own. There is nothing to cancel, and no card kept on file for a later charge.

Questions

Do I pay less for services with a pass?
No. Every order costs the same whether you hold a pass or not. What a pass changes is when your order is picked up, whether you can pause it, and how many session hours you have. We would rather sell you a queue place that is real than a discount that quietly comes out of the delivery.
Which of my orders does the pass apply to?
All of them, on one Steam account: commendations, comments, group members, workshop, likes and favorites, skin votes, review votes, wishlists and sessions. Pause works on any of them. Queue priority comes with Pro and Elite.
Can I choose what time of day my sessions run?
With Pro and Elite, yes β€” you set the window and nothing runs outside it, so an account that plays between one and ten in the morning looks like an account that plays between one and ten in the morning. On Player the sessions run whenever the queue reaches them.
What exactly does pausing do?
It holds the order where it is. Nothing already delivered is lost, nothing is cancelled, and the rest stays owed to you. Pause acts on the whole order, so if you bought several services in one basket, all of them stop together and start together.
When does the pass start?
The moment your payment is confirmed β€” the 30 days run from there. Everything the pass changes about your orders is live straight away, so there is nothing to switch on and nothing to wait for. Session hours sit there until you connect; connecting later does not push the end date back.
Does it renew by itself?
No. A pass covers 30 days and stops on its own. There is nothing to cancel and no card kept on file for a later charge.
I have two Steam accounts. Do I need two passes?
Depends on the tier. Player and Pro run one account at a time; Elite runs up to 3 at once, so one Elite covers both. Moving a pass between your own accounts is free and unlimited on every tier: disconnect one, connect the other, as often as you like inside the 30 days.
What happens to my orders when the pass ends?
They keep delivering. A finished pass takes away queue priority and the pause button for future days, it does not stop work you already paid for.
