How fast do you answer?
Discord is the fastest of the four, and it is where most orders get coordinated. Email and the form both land in the same inbox. We would rather tell you which channel is quickest than print an hour count we have not measured.
I have a problem with an order I already paid for. Where do I write?
Open a ticket from your account instead of writing here. A ticket is attached to the order, so we can see what was bought and what was delivered without asking you to repeat it, and you get an email when we reply.
I bought as a guest and have no account. What now?
You do not need one. The email we sent after payment has a private link to your order: open it to follow the delivery and, for commendations, to start it. If something is wrong, write to us on Discord or by email with your order number. If you would rather keep the order in a panel, create an account with the email you used at checkout and claim the order from the orders page with its number — after that you can open a ticket on it like anyone else.
How do I ask for a refund?
Refunds are covered by our refund policy: a full refund before an order starts, pro-rata if you withdraw within 14 days while it runs, and redelivery or a refund if something was delivered wrong. Write to us before opening a chargeback and we will sort it out.
Which language should I write in?
English is safest and gets the quickest answer. Polish works too.
Already ordered from us?
A ticket is attached to the order itself, so we can see what was bought and what was delivered without asking you to explain it. It is the quickest route for anything that has an order number.
