This setting is somewhat misleading in CS2 because the game doesn’t support HDR as we commonly know it. Instead, it adjusts scene lighting in locations and controls the degree of brightening or darkening. The difference in FPS between Quality and Performance settings exceeded 10%, making Performance the clear choice in this case.
